We use Square, which enables us to accept a variety of online payments, including credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and more. For some payment methods, a small service fee may be charged.
To begin, please send us a message with the details of the service you’re requesting. We will then follow up with information on how to schedule an evaluation via our secure telehealth platform Spruce Health.
Before scheduling, we will provide you with our consent form, privacy policies, and any other necessary documents. Please note, full payment is required prior to scheduling.

Currently, we operate independently of insurance companies and do not process claims for reimbursement. We are considered OUT OF NETWORK for all insurance providers.
